Our Pet Policy

Pet Regulations: Pets Allowed
Details: Lakeside is a pet-friendly community. We allow up to two pets per home with a 70 lb. weight limit per pet on the first floor and a 20 lb. weight limit per pet on other floors. There is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. There is an additional monthly rent of $25 per cat and $30-$40 per dog depending on the weight and breed. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, $25/mo for dogs 40 and under $40/mo for dogs over 40
